As a Police Officer I have went though many courses in Defensive Tactics and Training, which can sound intimating in its self. Most women want to learn some kind of self defense if they ever find themselves in a dangerous situation. They either don’t have the time for traditional training or feel intimidated by the whole “Defensive Tactics” stigma.
Our classes are very low key. They can be one on one or as a group. Average class durations are 30mins to an hour. It can all depend on the speed of the class.
Combining our training we teach students how to apply their own skills in real life situations to increase their chances of neutralizing the threat (or would be attacker) and escaping to safety.
We do not tell an individual what they should or should not do. We teach techniques and ways of analyzing a situation to better help you to choose the best course of action via teaching perpetration, situational awareness, and how to use everyday items as defensive tools.
Also how to use an assailants force and own body mass against them with basic Bio-mechanics of mass distribution of the human body.
Building on these skills we will help you to develop the mind set of fighting back and being prepared with the knowledge to do so.

We try to keep a maximum class size to 16 students to ensure a high teacher to student ratio. The classes are open forum and very relaxed. Each class we will always touch on the basics and constantly go over different marital.
